This is the SciFi story of no matter how technology advances and AI's start to become system dependencies, Python will continue to be a relevant and valuable skill to have for those instances where an AI dependency is just silly. There are many processes you will wish to control, but don't need a full-blown AI, but still need to talk to machine interfaces. You don't want to live at too low of an abstraction-layer, like C++ where you have to think about the hardware, but you do need pretty precise control. But not verbose. Brief. Brief and meaningfully descriptive, and not one character more of information than what is absolutely necessary to express the idea by convention. That's Python.
